Orders and Delivery
Processing Time
All orders are processed and shipped within 7–14 business days.
Peak Seasons:
During new collection launches, holidays, and other high-volume periods, processing and shipping times may be extended. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
Shipping Address Changes
Please review your shipping details carefully before placing your order. Once checkout is completed, shipping addresses and shipping methods cannot be modified.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.
Customers are responsible for monitoring their shipment after it leaves our warehouse.
U.S. Shipping Rates & Delivery
- Free Standard Shipping on all U.S. orders over $200
- Flat Rate Shipping: $20 for U.S. orders under $200
Estimated delivery time is 4–7 business days after your order leaves our distribution center.
Please note:
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
- Separate orders cannot be combined into one shipment.
International Shipping
Shipping Rates
International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and package weight.
Customs & Duties
All applicable duties and taxes are included in your total at checkout—there will be no additional charges upon delivery.
Shipping Method
All international orders are shipped via express air courier. Shipping methods cannot be changed once an order is placed.
Processing Time
International orders are typically processed within 4–5 business days.
Failed Delivery, Returned, or Abandoned Packages
Incorrect Shipping Information
Packages returned due to an incorrect shipping address or phone number provided by the customer will require additional shipping charges for reshipment.
Missed Deliveries
Unclaimed packages held by FedEx or local courier facilities and returned to us will be at the customer’s expense.
Refused Packages
If an international shipment is refused, return shipping costs—including any duties or taxes incurred—will be deducted from your refund.
Customs Delays & Abandonment
Packages held by customs for more than 30 days will be considered abandoned and will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
Damaged or Opened Packages
If your package arrives damaged or appears to have been opened:
- Take clear photos of the package before opening it.
- File a claim directly with the courier.
