Return Eligibility

Returns for items purchased on the B1archive website must be requested within 15 days of the order’s shipping date.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must be in saleable condition, unworn, unused, and returned with original packaging and all original tags attached.

For footwear, the original shoe box and any included accessories must also be returned.

Items returned with signs of wear, damage, alterations, or missing packaging may be rejected and returned to the customer.

Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Sale products
  • Collaborations and limited-edition collections
  • Underwear, boxer briefs, and socks
  • Sunglasses
  • Gift cards (if applicable)

U.S. Domestic Returns

  • Returns must be initiated within 15 days of the shipping date.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
  • For alternative return shipping methods, please contact shop@b1archivee.com for instructions.
  • Returns are processed within 7–14 business days after the item has been received and approved.
  • B1archive is not responsible for lost or damaged return packages during transit.

International Returns

  • International returns must be submitted through B1archive’s designated global shipping partner.
  • Return instructions will be provided upon approval.
  • A prepaid return label may be provided where applicable.
  • Please include the original packing slip with your returned item(s).
  • B1archive is not responsible for lost returns shipped outside of the designated return process.
  • Any customs fees, duties, or taxes paid on international orders are non-refundable.

Exchanges

Domestic U.S. Orders

Full-priced items are eligible for exchange within 15 days of fulfilment.

Final sale items are not eligible for exchange.

Customers may be responsible for any additional shipping costs associated with exchanges.

If your requested replacement item is unavailable, you may complete the return process for a refund.

International Orders

Approved international exchanges may receive a prepaid return label.

Final sale items are not eligible for exchange. If the requested replacement item is unavailable, a refund may be issued instead.

Additional shipping fees may apply for replacement shipments.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method after your returned item has been received, inspected, and approved.

Please allow 10–14 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

B1archive does not offer store credit or gift cards.

Refused, Unclaimed, or Abandoned Returns

Packages refused by the customer or unclaimed after delivery attempts may be returned to us. Any return shipping costs, duties, or additional fees incurred will be deducted from the refund.

Returns or shipments abandoned in transit or held by customs beyond the carrier’s allowed holding period may not be eligible for refund or exchange.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact shop@b1archivee.com within 48 hours of delivery, including clear photos of the issue.
